The Insight Ring was created by someone living with a chronic condition who was exhausted by the daily ritual of explaining how they felt. Some days, the energy it takes to form those words is energy you just don't have.

So they designed something radically simple: a silicone ring with three color sections that you slide to show where you're at. No apps. No screens. No charge. Just a quiet, honest signal that bridges the gap between how you feel and what the world sees.
